Returns & Refunds

Please contact us ASAP if you have any issues with your order.

All items are inspected upon dispatch to make sure they are not defective or damaged. If you do however find that we have unfortunately overlooked something and you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email or Facebook.

Refunds or exchanges are not provided for change of mind. 

You must make a claim within 30 days of receiving your order. After this time period, refunds or exchange will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused together with the original packaging.

Shipping costs for a return will be paid by the sender with the exception of receiving a faulty item in which case your shipping will be organised and paid for by us.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning to us as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and is still in brand new condition, we will contact you and your refund will be processed.
